Cappuccino Bars
Dry Ingredients:
3 scoops Vanilla Soy Powder 0 carbs
1 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 5 carbs
1/4 cup Splenda 6 carbs
8 scoops Atkins Cappuccino Shake mix 8 carbs
1/4 cup Maltitol Sweetener 0 carbs
Wet Ingredients:
2 bars Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate 4 carbs
1 stick butter 0 carbs
1 cup DaVinci Chocolate Syrup 0 carbs
2 tbsp vanilla extract 3 carbs
Mix the dry & wet ingrediants seperatly, then add the dry to the
wet. Spread onto parchment paper about an inch thick into a square
shape. Chill for one hour then cut into 20 bars and keep them in a
container in the fridge. This is the first bar I could actually stand
to eat! My husband is not a cook, so I don't know who was more surprised,
him or me!
